Because we operate solely as a product showcase, no stock is kept at our catalogue offices and no postal service runs from them.

Your tracking link and courier details arrive in the confirmation email sent by the store once the parcel leaves its facility. You can follow transit progress through the carrier link in that message.

Our catalogue team has no access to customer accounts, tracking numbers, or carrier systems. For address adjustments, delivery rescheduling, or transit inquiries, use the order management links in that confirmation email.
